I never originally set out to write a book.
The world of Hammer and Anvil began years ago as a fantasy setting I created for a group of friends. Through countless adventures, the world grew beyond maps and game sessions. It became a place filled with its own history, heroes, mysteries, and stories waiting to be told.
Over time, I realized I wanted to share that world with more people.
I wrote Hammer and Anvil for readers who love fantasy adventures filled with friendship, humor, danger, and discovery. It is a story about ordinary people facing extraordinary challenges, about loyalty and sacrifice, and about the choices that define who we become.
I also wanted to create something that families could enjoy together. While many fantasy stories today lean toward darker themes and graphic content, my goal was to tell an exciting adventure that younger readers, teens, and adults could all enjoy. A story with real stakes and meaningful consequences, but one that remains accessible to a wide audience.
At its heart, Hammer and Anvil is about friendship. It is about standing beside the people you care about when things are difficult, doing the right thing even when it comes at a cost, and discovering that the bonds we forge can shape the course of our lives.
